Fabrication of custom parts for camera hardpoint and power supply

A waterproof housing for a GoPro Hero 7 Black was combined with a ferrule mounting arrangement, and a VibeX vibration damper - all supplied by FlightFlix. A hardpoint was engineered into the right hand wing adjacent to rib 7 together with an internal panel on which a FlightFlix 5V power supply is mounted. This power supply is held in place by M4 screws. The internal panel is fitted with M4 nutplates, allowing servicing of this power supply via the adjacent small inspection port. Additional brackets, sharing some of the bottom rivets of rib 7, are provided as tie down points for wiring. Note the internal panel contains an additional mount, also held in place with M4 screws into m4 nutplates so that it is removable, which supports the USB plug and cable which plugs into the power supply.
