Close up right wing
Like the left wing, the right wing skins fell into place with negligible forcing due to having previously dealt with the tolerance issues on the spar - rib mounting brackets. This seems to be the cause of a lot of misery for some builders. This right wing went even more smoothly than the left wing.
Oil-canning is practically absent in the result. The stringers were a lot more accurate than in the left wing, requiring minimal cleaning. The improved rib 3-4 connection went without a hitch. As with the left wing, only the front 2 or so holes needed to be cleaned to match rib 12, an expected result. Subsequent wing twist was avoid by allowing the rear channel connection to be fully relaxed. No issues were found with rib 3 as with the left wing. As with the left wing, typically 0.2mm cleaning was required to achieve a match between the rear step skin and ribs 201-204.

Worst case elongation of the leading edge skin holes, as covered in a previous post

The ever-problematic leading edge was closed up without issue. This was done with the fuel tank in place, to ensure correct alignement and fit.
