Custom side rail coupling shim

The connection between CF-CHL-031 and CF-CHL-009 does not close up fully when everything is clecoed into place. There is a 1mm or so gap which could be partially pulled closed by rivetting. I have decided to create a shim, from 1mm 6061-T6. I also noted that one of the 4mm holes is mismatched by about 0.8mm or so - this I have upsized to 4.8mm. I may do the rest for aesthetic reasons.
