Vertical Stabilizer 6-5 Step 3
Torqued the rudder stop on the vertical stabilizer. Utilized a beam style torque wrench that i purchased to measure the running torque (7in/lbs), and then added that to the desired torque value (25 in/lbs) and final torqued the bolts to 32 in/lbs.
