Swung by harbor freight and picked up some new wrenches to use for the flare fittings. With having 3 lines in the center tunnel, was super difficult to access. Found that starting with the lines between the side of the center tunnel and the fuel selector valve, and working forward, and working outboard was the easiest. Don't have any fuel filters installed yet, still need to figure out how i want to stack up the filters/shut off valve/fittings. Will likely need to get the wings on and order a custom hose for the inlet, and fuel return lines. Not sure if the ones i ordered will work the way i think they will or not.
