Boot cowl, instrument panel

Started work on the boot cowl. Instrument panel reinforcement is finished and in place. I made a removable access panel for the top of the panel that will be attached with nutplates. My plan is to hinge the instrument panel along its bottom edge.

it took quite a while to get the correct fit around the cabana bars.
