Fuel system, ELT

My second iteration of an ELT tray and after much head scratching finally finished the fuselage fuel system

Fuel System

Finally finished the fuselage fuel system to the firewall, adding the fuel line from the pump to the fuel flow transducer. It all links together pretty well now, and is all located in an easily accessible area under the forward floor. The lower side boot cowl access panels are easily removed from the outside for an inspection, and the tunnel is also easily removed for maintenance.

ELT Mounting Tray

I removed the original aluminium mounting tray as it was too lite and flexible, and fabricated a new one from some 1.6mm aluminium, and bolted it in place. The aerial is mounted to the same tray inside the steel cage.

The yellow ELT tray now has two bolts that go through steel tabs on the airframe so it’s now very secure and rigid.
