NACA vents, Splitting the boot cowl, Instrument panel

I went ahead and split the boot cowls on both sides. They are now fastened together with nutplates. The lower section on both sides is removable on both sides to give easier access to the foot-well area.

The above photo shows the two halves assembled, and also the NACA vent cut-out. I painted the inside of the plastic ducts as they will be visible from outside.

I also gave the instrument panel a coat of grey primer.
