Engine baffles

I continued working on the engine baffles today. One big change was the need to start using my 3x rivet gun. I hadn’t used it before and only had a very short lesson from a friend in Hong Kong last year. Needless to say I got a few “smiley faces”. But fellow Bearhawk builder Mark has helped me with a lot of good advice, and my friend and retired Aircraft Engineer Dave is visiting tomorrow so he will give me some pointers too.

I'm very impressed with how well the Vans baffle kit fits the IO540.
