Baffles, lower cowl

Baffles

I finished the front baffles today, riveting the curved fillets in place. They fit reasonably well. I now need to attach the silicon sheet to the cowls and baffles.

Lower cowl

This afternoon I riveted the two lower cowl halves together. I also made up some small doublers out of thicker gauge aluminium for joining the U channels to the nose bowl, and the firewall.
