EMS and GPS wiring looms

This morning I drove to an avionics workshop and they attached the lugs and pins to two of the wiring looms for me. I could have purchased the crimping tools and done it myself, but the tools aren’t cheap and I wouldn’t use them regularly.

I then plugged the GPS in and ran the cable outside the garage to get an open view, and powered up the screens. The GPS worked fine, and the basic low resolution maps are now operating.

Tomorrow I’ll connect the EMS looms.
