Baffles

I've decided to paint the baffles, so I etched and rinsed them and sprayed some of them with a primer.

Fuel Sight Gauges

I primed the sight gauges and painted a red line along the length of the PVC tubes

Top Cowl

I purchased some .032 2024 T3 aluminium and used the original one as a template to cut and drill the cowl. Then I riveted the stringers and hinges back into place. This time I didn’t dimple the firewall attachment holes, but left them to accept dome-head machine screws.
