Air Intake

I trimmed the cured fibreglass this morning and clecoed the air intake to the lower cowl to check the fit. No issues, and it’s ready to do a filler coat.

Skylight

This morning I purchased some clear silicon tubing, and used a step drill to widen the machine screw holes to 6.4mm. I cut 3mm “washers” from the tubing and they will sit inside the holes to provide cushioning against the screws.
