Windshield fitting

This afternoon I masked up the windscreen and used silicon to seal around it, then fitted it. I then fitted the fairing strip and attached everything with #8 screws to hold it in place while the silicon cures. I’ve used nylon washers under each screw.

Left door pillar 

I remade the Kydex door pillar to a slightly larger size, and because I had overheated the original one. The new one fits well.
