Aileron/Flap hinges

I drilled, reamed and deburred the aileron and flap hinges. I match drilled the bearing bolt holes on them to get a good fit. At this point I'm not sure why the hinge bearings are .281 inches wide, yet the rod end bearings are .438 inches wide. I assume they need to match, so hopefully this will be resolved overnight. I notice someone else has raised the same question in 2016.

Nutplates 

This morning we flipped the wing right way up, and I installed K1000 nutplates around both ends for the wing root fairing, and the wing tip. I'm going to get more advice on the nutplate spacing for the wingtip and if necessary will add more. Currently I've done every third rivet, and in several places every second rivet.
