Magnetometer

I spent several hours working out how to best run the network cable for the magnetometer. Eventually I made some small mounts from .025 aluminium and riveted one to each rib. The network cable attached using a cable tie. This allows it to be accessed from the rear spar lightening holes if needed.

Conduit

I drilled 16mm holes in each rib and installed plastic grommets to take a 13mm OD split corrugated plastic conduit. They are very lightweight. There is only one wire to be run at this point, but it does allow for other wires to be run in the future.

Light lens

I used double sided tape to attach the nutplate mounts to the lens.
