Aircraft assembly

I cut and welded pieces on the front door bolts to make them longer, and more secure. These were fitted and they work well.

I also made up some nylon rub blocks for the wing struts and fitted them with 3 screws each.

Next I removed the elevators and filed a small amount to provide clearance, then refitted them.

Then I began lock wiring around the engine, including the alternator bolts and alternator blast air tube. I added a P clamp to the FWF main fuel line. Then I tighten a number of bolts in the cockpit area and put split pins in the left side joystick.

I've removed the right sight gauge to try to seal it somehow and will try adding a soft rubber hose.
