Neville's Bearhawk

First Flight !

The call sign "Bearhawk Bravo" was issued by NZ CAA today, and after several hours installing fairings etc we took to the skies for a short flight this afternoon. She handles very well and I didn't notice any rigging issues.

I do need to dial the RPM back on the prop governor, contrary to what I was expecting. The manifold pressure looked to be fine. CHT's were all showing hot (215°c) early into the flight, but I now realize I need to recalibrate them and raise the redline. Oil temp and pressure was fine.

Overall a very pleasing first flight.
