Beginning Horizontal Stabilizer

After finishing the rudder I was eager to move on to the horizontal stabilizer. So I starting reviewing Section 8, finding required parts and reconfiguring my workbenches end to end. The spar is 9' 6" long so it'll be a pretty big component when complete.
