Trailing Edge and Trim Tab Done

With the help of my bride I got the trailing edge double flush riveted with the Cleaveland RV-14 squeezer dies. Then moved on to the trim tab. Got the hinge pin properly bent and safety wire hole drilled that secures it. Riveted the servo to the mount and test fitted the servo, pushrod and trim tab. I actuated the servo with a 9v battery per the Ray Allen schematic and checked trim tab and servo through the full range of motion. The I prepped the leading edge skins for rolling. I'm going to hold off on wiring the servo harness for now until I have a chance to practice crimping those mini-molex connectors. Van's gave me just enough for the job. So I ordered a 3' length of 24 AWG harness and some mini-Molex male and female pins and connector to play with. They are pretty cheap and if it'll save me aggravation then its worth it. There's some good You Tube videos on the subject.
