More Vertical Stabilizer

Continued working on the main spar of the vertical stabilizer. Pretty straightforward clecoing parts and match drilling. Vans manual says I can leave blue plastic coating on parts for drilling so that's what I did in an effort to minimize scratches. I need to research rib fluting as it's required and I'm unclear what exactly I have to do. Need to review the EAA video and other builders logs on the subject.
