Made lower radio cutouts in panel and F-1003B inst panel lower flange: 1/8 inch corner drill holes, dremel metal cutoff wheel, disc sand to final with steel clamped to line. GMC 507 requires jogs to allow clamping ears to grab.

Fabricated hanger piece for mounting to flange of F-1003B lower flange.

• Functions: Rejoins cut pieces of F-1003B. Supports GTN 650xi mounting tube and GMC 507 autopilot controller.
• Method: Cut 27mm wide length of 2024T3 Alum Sheet .063. At bend area, heated with blowtorch and quenched in water. Bent with bench vice mounted bending brake kit.

Test fit GMC 507 and SL30 mounting tray: pass
