Day 122

Lots of little parts assembled today.

We got more eyebolt bearings and push rods installed today.

We also got 85% of the center console and seat rails assembled and Cleco’ed in place in the fuselage.

The rear inside panels were also Cleco’ed in so that we had a reference for where everything will fit.

We know it doesn’t sound like much, but there were lots of small parts that came together today. It also takes some time making sure all the components move and rotate smoothly. Each part that gets put on can cause additional binding and at times small adjustments need to be made.

We’re really getting close to being able to get the avionics installed. We’re also very close to hanging the motor.

Truly we’re on the downhill slope of this project. We picked out our paint colors today and will start painting parts here soon as well. It should all start coming together fairly quickly.
