Day 144

Today we took the canopy back off of the fuselage and repaired the inside where there had been a sticker left on from the factory and primed over. We sanded the sticker off and filled the low area with body filler. Once dry, we sanded it with 220 grit sandpaper. Next we cleaned the area, masked it off, and primed the area.

We’ll let it dry over the weekend and come first of the week we’ll be able to wet block it smooth and finish preparing it for paint. Our goal is to be able to paint and install the canopy by the weeks end.
