Made a beginning on the rudder

Today we made a start on the rudder since we could not continue with the elevator assembly until we have replacement parts. We clecoed all ribs and channels and even riveted some ribs to the spar channel. However, we noticed that when placing the gusset channel (RD-CHL-002) into rib 1 (RD-RIB-001) that the flanges of rib 1 get slightly bend outwards which could be an issue since the skin is riveted on these flanges. We tried clecoing the skin on to check for misalignments and indeed noticed that the holes of the skin do not properly align with the holes of the gusset channel or rib 1. At one of the skin holes, we couldn't get a cleco in because the gusset channel was slightly blocking the hole. We are not sure how to proceed with this problem, we will contact Sling and might ask for a replacement part.

We also had to drill another hole in hinge bracket 1 since one was missing.
