Door latch mechanism

I’d planned to finish both door latch mechanisms by lunchtime, but it took most of the day to complete just one door. I welded tabs on to steel tube and drilled,it to attach to aluminium linkages. The linkages were made from 6mm flat stock that I cut, shaped, and drilled. Tomorrow I still need to weld tabs in place on the airframe to receive the door bolts.
