Fuel line

I collected the flexible fuel line this morning and fitted it between the firewall bulkhead fitting and the fuel pump. It still needs some Adel clamps to secure it.

I also cut the hole for the FAB into the lower cowling and deburred it. So far it all fits well. The next step is to shape the Vans RV6 intake to fit - it will have to be trimmed significantly as the Bearhawk intake only protrudes a small amount by comparison.

However I also discovered some tiny cracks in the dimpled holes of the cowlings where they attach to the firewall so I’ve decided to wait until I know whether it’s ok to use them, or if I have to make new ones.
