Decals

I spent a couple of hours drawing out the decals and placards that I need to get made. These are things like labels for all the engine controls and switches, passenger warnings, ELT locations, door open/close signs etc. Then I visited a vinyl transfer shop and discussed how to do everything. Luckily I had kept the original instrument panel mock-up and I’ve now drawn everything onto it. I’ll give them the file as well.

Lock-nuts

I also started to fit steel locking nuts to the baffle rods. However it’s very difficult to access them, and this makes it difficult to do them up. Instead, I’ll get some wicking thread locker and use that.
