I sprayed a corrosion inhibitor on the four strut end fittings, then bolted them into place at the end of each strut.

Several months ago I had already added one spacer to each wheel, to increase the gap between the tire and the brake calipers. I didn’t think this was enough, so I had ordered another set last month, with a longer bolt size.

Today I removed the right wheel and disassembled it, then added the additional spacer ring. Unfortunately I then realized that Grove had sent the shorter bolts, not the longer ones I specified. So, a couple of hours work with no result, hopefully they send the correct bolts to me soon. At least I now know that the additional spacer does provide enough clearance.
