Rear doors, Scat tubes, Blast air tubes, Exhausts, Oil quick drain
Rear doors
I added a clear sealant around the hinges of both rear cargo doors to seal gaps. I then applied a small dab of silicon to the pop rivets to seal the center holes, and wiped it down with thinners.
Scat tubes
The scat tubes were added from the rear baffles to the heat muffs, then on to the cabin heat vents. It took some time trialling different ways to run the tubes. In the end I got a pretty good fit that should allow a decent cooling air flow exit between the exhausts.
I also added the oil cooler scat hose.
Blast air tubes
I used lock wire through the center of the cooling air blast tubes to keep it in position. So far I’ve done the blast tubes on the battery and the alternator. I’ll do the PMAGs tomorrow.
Exhausts
The exhausts were already installed, but I fine tuned the position of them. It was a trade off for the port exhaust between increasing clearance from the oil cooler, and maintaining symmetry and cooling air-flow.
Oil quick drain
I lock-wired the oil quick drain into place.
