Firewall interior nylocs

When I first fitted the firewall I had used castle-nuts initially as they’re much easier to remove, and I had left 3 of them in place so today I replaced them with nylocs.

Rudder pedal split pins

I added a total of 12 split pins to the rudder pedals and brake cylinders.

Painting

I removed both front seat and their seat cushions and painted the seat trays. The issue was when the seat backs are folded forward it exposed the green corrosion proofing paint, so I decided to tidy it up and paint it gunmetal grey.

Also, I added a primer to the aerodynamic plastic shock strut covers.
